The club was officially launched on May 15, 2025.
How much does an annual membership cost?
The annual membership fee is $15.00.
Are there any special introductory offers for membership?
Yes, if you join in 2025, your $15.00 membership fee is guaranteed for your second year (2026) as well.
Will the membership price change in the future?
Yes, a price increase is anticipated for the coming years, starting at $99.00 annually beginning January 2, 2026.
What are the different membership levels?
Our membership levels are based on mailing frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual.
How is the cost per shipment calculated?
The shipping cost is the sum of the Club Prices for the specific bottles you choose, plus the applicable 11.5% VAT.
How many bottles should I order per shipment based on my membership level?
The minimums per level are: monthly 2+ bottles, quarterly 4+ bottles, semiannual 6+ bottles and annual 12+ bottles.
What wines are currently available through the club?
Initially, we have eight wines from Bodega Campos De Dulcinea. You can find details in the wine catalog.
Will more wines be added in the future?
Yes, we plan to expand our portfolio with wines from Spain, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, and Italy.
How do I choose the wines I want to receive?
You can set your initial preferences when you sign up. You can change your selections up to two weeks before your next scheduled delivery.
What are the main benefits of being a member?
As a member, you enjoy special club pricing (+VAT), early access to new wines (2-week window), access to private events (Annual Dinner + possible tastings), the convenience of home delivery, free shipping on orders of 3+ bottles, and a referral bonus (an additional 30% off your next order).
Do you offer private events?
Yes, our private events strategy includes an Annual Dinner at a partner restaurant and possible exclusive previews/tastings for newcomers.
What is the shipping policy?
We offer free shipping to the entire island of Puerto Rico for orders of 3 or more bottles per shipment (+VAT).
Is there a shipping charge if I order less than 3 bottles?
Yes, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $13.00 (+VAT) for orders of 1 or 2 bottles. Please note that monthly members who choose only two bottles will incur this shipping charge.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
No, we currently only offer home delivery service. There is no local pickup option.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and ATH Móvil.
