TASTING NOTES
Clean and bright. Ruby red in color. High intensity on the nose, with predominant tertiary aromas such as spices, peat, and aromas from the grape, such as licorice and black fruit. The palate is round, easy to drink thanks to its soft tannins, and very gastronomic.

PAIRING
Very good with ham, mild cheeses, stews, cooked or stewed legumes, poultry, red meats, grilled meats, and roasts.
